After having been a freelancer and foreigner in Spain for nearly 6 consecutive years, I am no stranger to visa applications, autorizaciones de regreso and enduring the long waiting times and long lines at the Extranjería. And now, six visa applications and renewals later, a widely read post on how to make the switch to become a freelancer and dozens of emails and messages in between, it’s time to offer professional advice and services to my readers.
If you are considering applying for the self-employed/freelance visa (autónomo) from your home country or doing student visa modification to cuenta propia in the next few months to a year, I would love to help guide you through the process and offer valuable advice and tips. I had no one to hold my hand back in 2017 when I set out to do this so I would love to be the person who can provide support and clear answers for you.
The following are my rates for 2020.
(Rates subject to an annual increase)
25€ for a one-hour session in which you can ask me all of the questions you would like about how to become a freelancer in Spain or detailed advice on how to get married in Gibraltar (or both processes could be equally discussed in the session).
20€/hour for 5 one-hour coaching or informational sessions (100€ total). Each session will be broken down into the following: Discussing Your Career Goals and Options, Analyzing and Optimizing Your CV/Resumé, Discussing Your Specific Case and Relevant Time in Spain, Business Plan Mini-Workshop and lastly, An Exclusive Q&A – where you can ask me as many questions as you need about becoming a freelancer and how to do the process.
*If you are an auxiliar de conversación and you are looking to do the student visa modification process, I am offering the above package of sessions for 18€/hour (90€ total).
Payment will be discussed upon initial contact. If you choose the session rate, a payment upfront is kindly asked.
You will have the flexibility to schedule these sessions according to my availability but you can choose to do them all in the same week or once a week (all sessions to be completed within a 30-day time frame).
Please contact me via sarah (dot) willats (at) gmail (dot) com to introduce yourself and book single or multiple sessions. Time slots will fill up so plan to act now. I look forward to connecting with you and helping you through these processes!
To your success,
